Metal Roofs
Metal roofs are completely resistant to fires, are waterproof, and resist high winds. Metal roofs are lighter and last longer than most roofs. Installation is also easier due to the lightweight and no need for additional structural support.
Torch Down Roofs
A torch down roof consists of fiberglass and polyester layers with bitumen that is added to tar and gravel. These types of roofs are not suited for areas with heavy rainfall and snowfall. Normal life expectancy of this roof is around 15 years.
Single-Ply Roofing
Single-ply roofs are made from reinforced thermoplastic or thermoset materials. These types of roofs come in a single-layer roof membrane that is flexible and sealed at the joints when installing to waterproof your roof. When used in conjunction with the appropriate insulation and support mechanisms, single-ply roofing provides a complete roofing system.
